　　因为憨赌女子网球输了三万块钱，黑社会威胁他如果不还钱就剁他一个脚趾头，麦克斯和卡罗琳为了救憨，把他们创业后剩余的保底急救金给了黑社会，同时她们拥有了餐厅的股份。麦克斯的男友兰迪再过三天就要回洛杉矶了，麦克斯对他们的未来没有规划也没有承诺，却愿意不和兰迪商量就买餐厅，兰迪很不理解麦克斯的做法，第二天失望的离开了。
　　麦克斯和卡罗琳因为拥有了餐厅股份，决定打破规则，穿了喜欢的衣服去上班，她们去厨房通知奥列格，奥列格用杀虫剂打死蟑螂的时候，不小心喷到了煤气灶上，火把麦克斯和卡罗琳的新衣服烧坏了，她们只好换回工作服。卡罗琳不断的炫耀她们已经是餐厅的合伙人，她和麦克斯的甜品店也要开张，为了公平起见，决定让憨穿和她们一样的服务员制服，憨觉得自己被羞辱了，但是也无可奈何，苏菲到了店里也取笑憨的新制服。
