有风险吗？我现在鼻子是歪的，而且感觉越来越偏向左边，想简单修正一下，不知道这个手术会不会有风险啊？

先天性或者外伤性歪鼻，通过鼻整形手术矫正是可以达到满意效果的。手术前需要判断鼻子的骨头部分还是软骨部分偏斜、是否合并鼻中隔偏曲、鼻子通气障碍等；可以做一下鼻子的三维CT看一下。任何手术都有相应的风险性，根据不同情况，手术方式选择也不同。建议选择正规医院，找有经验的医师就诊。
建议您描述一下歪鼻的诱因并上传一张局部照片以便于了解您的歪鼻具体情况，实际上歪鼻矫正术方法较多，针对歪鼻的不同原因、畸形及程度采用不同的方法。临床上常用的手术方法有二种，一是手法复位，无需手术，通常外伤后2周内，鼻部水肿前或水肿消退后可以采用该方法；另一种是手术方法矫正歪鼻，其中包含单纯软骨部歪曲的矫正及合并骨部歪曲的矫正。该手术是卫生部规定的二级项目，有一定的技术难度，需要到正规医院进行治疗。该手术的风险主要包括以下几项：① 血肿：血肿易在鼻部周围产生，偶见于内眦部。常因外部加压不够，或骨凿截骨时损伤鼻
