&p&本人开学大四，普通一本在读。最近刚中了一篇领域国际顶级学术会议论文，也是中国计算机学会推荐的A类会议论文，并且是一作。&b&有一点要明确的是学术论文并不像类似数学建模这样的论文，出题人给你问题，你围绕该问题查资料，仿真，计算，写论文，这个过程三天以内就够了。&/b&&/p&&p&&b&而学术论文最重要的是想法，或者说创新，即你要做前人还没有想到的，或者没做好的东西&/b&。而这个想法不会凭空就想出来，你要大量阅读该课题有关的论文，我是搞计算机视觉里视频分析的，所以我在半年时间内看了二三十篇最近两年所有顶级学术会议的相关的论文(&b&因为计算机领域更新速度很快，所以会议论文尤其是顶会论文影响力更大，SCI期刊更新很慢，所以一般不看，这个因专业而异&/b&)。你可以有选择的精读一些，因为都是英文的，所以刚开始看一篇可能要一个月才能搞懂人家的方法是怎么回事，后来看的多了速度自然快了&/p&&p&其次是学习，因为对于我们这种刚刚起步的小白来说，很难自己提出一种全新的算法或者理论，所以&b&最好的办法就是选择一篇你感兴趣的深挖，然后尝试思考自己可以从那些方面来改进和创新&/b&，有了一个大致想法后，然后在通过读其他论文来获得一些借鉴和灵感。之后，你就可以把你的想法和你的导师说了，听听他的意见。&b&注意！！ 这一步也很重要，因为直接带你的导师的水平和责任心很大程度上决定了你能发表论文的档次&/b&&/p&&p&等你们确定好要做的点后，就是算法和实验了，这个根据各自学科而异。实验的话肯定会遇到很多意想不到的问题，但请不要放弃，我也是遇到无数个bug，&b&而解决这些问题往往就是在你快要放弃但又坚持的那一段时间内。&/b&&/p&&p&最后，论文书写也是重头戏，&b&论文的质量很大程度决定了这篇论文能不能中&/b&，有的人的实验效果非常好，但是论文写不好也白搭，而有的人实验效果一般，但论文吹的天花乱坠的，往往会让评审觉得这人很厉害啊（其实不是每一个审稿人都非常了解你做的东西的，有一些是大方向的同行）。我的实验结果还挺好，但论文就费了不少功夫，以前没写过英文论文，所以初稿语法错误很多，最后是在老师的帮助下一处一处的改啊，所以，你也要有个负责的老师啊！&/p&&p&说一下我的整个进度把，2016年8月中旬，也就是大二暑假开始学习课题，当时完全小白，英语渣，编程渣，到2017年1月都在看论文和论文相关的开源出来的代码。在寒假时确定了创新点，2017年2月开始研究算法和做实验，三月底实验在一个数据集上跑完，效果很好。开始准备论文并在第二个数据集实验。论文完稿4月20号，压着截稿日期完成的。评审结果6月18号出来，然后又是rebuttal，之后7月2号最终结果出来。还没完，还要根据评审意见适度修改论文并提交最终版本。期间还有一些版权表格要填。我7月底才把最终版本搞定交上去的&/p&&p&特别是2017年这半年，每天都在实验室度过，10个小时是有的，春节就回去了10天。重要的是我们学校不能保研啊，论文搞完我还要准备初试。&/p&&p&写一大堆就是想说，&b&发论文这个一定要之前就要有打算啊，不能临时抱佛脚&/b&。我当时也是为了考研复试加分，所以才在大二下进实验室的。如果你今年开学才大三的话，应该还来得及，加油，祝成功！&/p&

大学毕业后（不管是念硕、博士或工作），可以参考的资料都没有秩序地交错成一 &br&团，而且永远都读不完。用大学生的心态读书，结果一定时间永远不够用。因此， &br&每次读论文都一定要带着问题去读，每次读的时候都只是图回答你要回答的问题。 &br&因此，一定是选择性地阅读，一定要逐渐由粗而细地一层一层去了解。上面所规划 &br&的读论文的次序，就是由粗而细，每读完一轮，你对这问题的知识就增加一层。根 &br&据这一层知识就可以问出下一层更细致的问题，再根据这些更细致的问题去重读， &br&就可以理解到更多的内容。&b&因此，一定是一整批一起读懂到某个层次，而不是逐篇 &br&逐篇地整篇一次读懂。 &br&&/b&&br&
这样读还有一个好处：第一轮读完后，可以根据第一轮所获得的知识判断出哪些论 &br&文与你的议题不相关，不相关的就不需要再读下去了。这样才可以从广泛的论文里 &br&逐层准确地筛选出你真正非懂不可的部分。&b&不要读不会用到的东西，白费的力气必 &br&须被极小化！其实，绝大部分论文都只需要了解它的主要观念&/b&（这往往比较容易） &br&，&b&而不需要了解它的详细推导过程&/b&（这反而比较费时）。 &br&&br&
其次，一整批一起读还有一个好处：同一派的观念，有的作者说得较易懂，有的说 &br&得不清楚。&b&整批读略过一次之后，就可以规划出一个你以为比较容易懂的阅读次序 &br&，而不要硬碰硬地在那里撞墙壁。你可以从甲论文帮你弄懂乙论文的一个段落，没 &br&人说读懂甲论文只能靠甲论文的信息。所以，整批阅读很像在玩跳棋，你要去规划 &br&出你自己阅读时的「最省力路径」。&/b&&br&&br&

data-original=&https://pic2.zhimg.com/50/5aea5d852a9aa0f6cfcc97_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&现在反而觉得这些也没有什么大问题，毕竟课件不需要太多花哨的东西，老师也不是设计师，所以只需要把内容说清楚，方便学生复习就行了。&br&&br&当然这种阅读型的PPT也可以做得更好。&br&&br&说了这么多概念性的东西，其实目的就是要明白什么才是好的PPT，当然每个人标准不同，只是不按场合和用途就去评判一个PPT的好坏，都是耍流氓。&br&&br&&b&接下来是制作部分。&/b&&br&&br&&br&首先是关于常用对象（字体、图片）的处理。&br&&br&用什么字体也很考究，不过总结下来也就只有三个原则：&strong&少用宋体、忌用艺术字、避免杂乱。&/strong&&br&&br&&br&字体按照大类分为：&b&衬线字体、非&/b&&b&衬线字体。&/b&&br&衬线字体比如：宋体、楷体、隶书等（边缘有笔画修饰）&br&&br&非衬线字体比如：微软雅黑、方正兰亭（工整规矩）&br&&br&&br&少用宋体的原因也是因为宋体在大多数场合都是不适用的，边缘的笔画会给人视觉上的沉重感。&br&&br&&figure&&img
