可以注销。具体步骤：1.准备好一个没有绑定的QQ号和一个手机号。2.先登录此手机号码绑定过的微信（此微信号码和密码要记牢，确认是否绑定了QQ号或邮箱）到微信“我”的“账户与安全”选项里把手机解除绑定后退出登录。【没有绑定微信号的说跳过此步骤】3.现在可用手机号注册新微信了，注册成功后再到“我”的“账号与安全”选项里绑定你想绑定的QQ号，退出登录。4.用新绑定的QQ号登录微信，到“我”的“账户与安全”选项里解除手机绑定即OK，现在可以用此QQ登录微信了。

一般用户是不能注销的。你得联系那个网站的管理员给你注销才可以。或者在你的用户信息中修改你的联系邮箱，改成一个随意编写的就可以了。比如

把那个网站发信邮箱地址加到你的邮箱黑名单，以后就不会收到那个网站的邮件了。
