&figure&&img src=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-8beef5ac42a7fd8ace6c1d0_b.jpg& data-rawwidth=&1200& data-rawheight=&720& class=&origin_image zh-lightbox-thumb& width=&1200& data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/v2-8beef5ac42a7fd8ace6c1d0_r.jpg&&&/figure&&figure&&img src=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/v2-9ffc40e92a0ff11fb3aa3_b.jpg& data-rawwidth=&640& data-rawheight=&368& class=&origin_image zh-lightbox-thumb& width=&640& data-original=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/v2-9ffc40e92a0ff11fb3aa3_r.jpg&&&/figure&&p&文 / 腾讯科技 王潘&/p&&p&2015年上半年某天中午，北京酒仙桥360大厦“乌烟瘴气”，一群奇虎360公司员工正在大厦一层抽烟，周鸿祎路过时无意间看到这一幕，身为公司创始人的他极为不爽，让各部门管理人员到楼下将员工“认领”回去。不过，很多管理人员都觉得这是个人私事，并没有去执行。&/p&&p&第二天中午，周鸿祎来到一层，掏出手机，对着抽烟员工的工牌挨个“咔擦”拍照，然后把拍下的照片发到公司工作交流的聊天群里，让各个部门对号进行罚款。第三天中午，再也没有360员工在大厦一层抽烟了。&/p&&p&周鸿祎就是这样一个雷厉风行的性情中人，在360整个发展历程中，从安全业务起家，到浏览器、搜索、移动分发渠道、游戏、手机硬件、直播，每当他决定要做一项新业务，便会亲自去扫除各种阻力和障碍，坚决向下推进执行。&/p&&p&不过，由于太专注于细节，公司重心摇摆不定，在不少360内部人士看来，周鸿祎并不懂战略。在移动互联网和设备兴起的黄金时期，公司2011年在筹备赴美上市，2012年和2013年在发力搜索，2014年和2015年突然发力要做手机，2016年则专注直播。&/p&&p&客观而言，360与阿里巴巴、腾讯等第一阵营公司差距在不断扩大，也缺乏市场追捧的核心领域业务，但回归A股后，无论是公司综合实力还是资源调动能力，360依然是资本市场最炙手可热的互联网公司，面对互联网下半场战局，身为掌舵人，周鸿祎应该如何自我重塑？手中又还有哪些破局筹码？&/p&&h2&押注搜索的对与错&/h2&&p&2010年初，前360投资部负责人王翌入职时，公司500人中绝大多数都专注PC业务，只有20-30人负责移动业务，王翌谏言周鸿祎，认为公司太不重视移动互联网，首先是周鸿祎自己就不重视，因为他当时还在用着塞班时代的经典手机诺基亚E71。&/p&&p&“我跟他说，你必须得换手机，把诺基亚砸了，换iPhone和安卓，不然公司一开会，二三十个业务线的负责人都拿着跟老板一样的手机。”&/p&&p&王翌告诉腾讯科技，周鸿祎并不像外界想象的那么难处，很多时候也能听进去下属的意见，周鸿祎后来的确也换成了两部安卓。&/p&&p&不过，周鸿祎虽然换了手机，也认为移动互联网时代即将到来，但他在PC上的搜索情结并未消失殆尽，反而是愈发按捺不住。在2011年将公司带入上市之后，周鸿祎整个2012年都在“撇大招”——做搜索。&/p&&p&和很多同时代的企业家一样，周鸿祎也研究军事战略，将很多军事战术词汇挂在嘴边，在公司治理中推崇军事化管理。&/p&&p&“2011年下半年，周鸿祎经常周末将360员工带到自己在密云的训练基地封闭研发，说是研发，但实际上是让大家穿上迷彩服进行军训，周鸿祎站在前方发号施令，让所有人提高警惕，给人一种大战将至的感觉。”一位360市场部离职员工告诉腾讯科技。&/p&&p&搜索业务的布局也一切都按周鸿祎的计划进行着。曾在360浏览器技术部任职的悟空遥控器创始人孙鹏向腾讯科技透露，2012年上半年，连续好几周，公司楼下都经常有几辆大红车拉着服务器运往公司，他猜想这是360要做搜索的前奏。&/p&&p&不过，同样预感到公司要做搜索的不少员工则建议周鸿祎刹车，认为360不可能打得过做了十几年搜索的百度。&/p&&p&但这些人的“指手画脚”无一例外被周鸿祎驳回。一位360离职员工告诉腾讯科技，几位当时写邮件反对周鸿祎做搜索的人，几乎都在接下来一段时间内遭到了他的冷遇。&/p&&p&实际上，早在几年前360做奇虎社区搜索时，360的早期投资人王功权就曾告诫周鸿祎，“你们能同时做这么多东西吗？”当时的周鸿祎采纳了王功权的建议，但在360上市以后，周鸿祎不再顾及投资人的看法。&/p&&p&2012年夏天，陆续有不少百度和搜狗的员工被挖到360，这些人的工资涨幅普遍在50%以上，可见周鸿祎已经下定决心做搜索。&/p&&p&一位百度员工告诉腾讯科技，当时为了应对360的挖角，他所在部门的几位核心员工当时都获得了一定程度的涨薪。更让他震惊的是，当时甚至有小部分人在百度、搜狗和360这三家搜索公司之间来回跳槽，在一年左右工资收入翻了三四倍。&/p&&p&日，就在小米手机2发布的同一天，360搜索正式上线。360搜索的打法很简单，主要通过360浏览器和网址导航的庞大用户数为搜索倒流量。&/p&&p&这种捆绑效应很快见效，搜狗CEO王小川还没反应过来，搜狗的流量就被360搜索反超。一周后，来自多个网站的流量来源数据显示，360搜索已经成为百度之后的第二大搜索引擎。&/p&&p&360搜索此后成了撑起360营收和市值的重要武器，但也很快遭遇一些新的挑战。&/p&&p&“360搜索前期过于依赖浏览器和网址导航，通过强大的流量对搜索业务进行拔苗助长，过早催熟市场，此后市场份额上升遇到瓶颈，以至于后期增长乏力。”一位360离职技术高管告诉腾讯科技。&/p&&p&从360搜索不断改名之路就能窥见周鸿祎的困惑：2012年8月，360搜索正式上线；到了2015年1月，360推出独立品牌“好搜”，取代之前的“360搜索品牌”；2016年2月，“好搜”又正式更换回原名“360搜索”。&/p&&p&这是周鸿祎的性格使然。他拥有一个很大的优点，同时也是弱点，就是善于变阵。&/p&&p&“当他}
