询问下有没有熟悉这个数据库的，遇到过这种问题么，另外是不是proxool配置的有问题，求解？

嗯，postgresql有一个conf文件里面，需要设定子网掩码
ip/32　这样的的设置，看一下是不是因为这个原因。
你的配置文件里写的是本地，但没有看到端口。
