挡土墙泄水孔的做法是什么？有没有做过的

横向2~3m一个，纵向2~3m一个，最下排泄水孔应高出地面0.3m，最下排泄水孔底部应设置隔水层，泄水孔进水侧应设置反滤层。这是道路设计时挡土墙泄水孔要求，应该可以用作围墙下挡土墙泄水孔要求。但是除了土侧压力，自重外挡墙上还有荷载，挡墙形式要选择好。
