这就是黑体字,但是是变形后的黑体,在原形上做扁平化了,也有叫幼圆的.

用汉字后出现的称呼.黑体源于"等线体",其特点是横平竖直，字的笔划从头到尾粗细相等，横、竖粗细相等。标准的等线体是正方形，笔划粗细是字高的十分之一（若笔划太多可适当细些，但要均匀）。给人以特别庄重、严肃感。
你这几个字可以算标准的等线体。但是有几点不足：
1、处于中间位置的“横”都偏细；
2、“迪”右边一竖，“油”左边一竖偏细；
3、“司”下一勾不够粗；而且，按标准这勾应向下倾斜15度
看来写这字的人没经过正规学习。你可照我的话试写一下，会不会更好看。
微软雅黑的改变体，圆角只需要自己加上去就可以了！
“1”不是黑体，黑体的“1”下面没有短横，应该是宋体。
