&&&&　　进入四月，不少同学迎来了美国大学的&offer雨&。在收获美国大学offer欣喜之余，接下来该如何做?如何向美国大学回复呢?学生们在收到多所学校的offer后，可以经过多方面的比较，如综合排名、专业排名、奖学金多少、自己对研究方向以及学校地域的喜好等等，做出接受和拒绝两种答复。对于选择的方式，每个人都会有自己的决定，希望大家能认真做出选择。&&&&　　一、收到offer后接受&&&&　　一般是先E-mail答复，就表示接受就可以了。然后把学校给你寄来的接受表格签字画押 接受寄回去就ok了。如果学校没有给你接受表格，那么去个E-mail问问接受offer是不是要写个书面的答复，然后按他们的回复去做就可以了。&&&&　　【推荐阅读】&&&&　　【推荐阅读】&&&&　　一般来说，接受正式的录取，必须要让学校获得有你亲笔签名的reply form才行。有些学校可以接受传真过去的reply form，而有些学校就一定要求书面答复。这些都要事先问清楚学校的要求再行动。&&&&　　下面是个接受offer 的例子：&&&&　　Dear XXX,&&&&　　I decide to accept your offer! Best regards!&&&&　　Sincerely, XXX&&&&　　当然，接受录取的过程也不一定有这么复杂，有时候根本不需要你写信，直接填好 reply form 寄回去就可以了。如果你觉得邮递不保险，可以选择快递业务寄送接受录取的回执。&&&&　　二、收到offer后拒绝&&&&　　和上文的过程一样，就是把接受换成拒绝(decline)就可以了。建议有多个offer的人把不想去的学校早日拒掉，因为你拿着也只能看，但拒掉了之后，就有可能使同样申请的人有机会早日拿到这个offer，对他人来说你是做了件大好事。下面是个拒绝offer的例子：&&&&　　Dear Professor,&&&&　　I feel grateful for your providing me an offer to your honored University, but I have accepted the offer from another university, and I am afraid that I couldn't go to your University. Thanks for your consideration.&&&&　　Sincerely, XXX&&&&　　【推荐阅读】&&&&　　【推荐阅读】&&&&　　三、收到offer后退出申请(withdraw)&&&&　　建议各位已经拿到offer并且准备接受的同学，早点撤回所有的申请;还有已经拿到offer的同学，早点撤回那些即使来了offer，但是因为排名靠后也不会去的学校。因为一个人即使能拿到一堆 offer，最终也只能去一个自己最心仪的学校，拿着一堆offer而不放手的确是没什么意思的。下面是退出申请的样板：&&&&　　Dear Committee Members,&&&&　　I am an applicant to your Ph.D. program in ******* for the fall of 2003. I don't know which person I should contact, so I'm writing to you.&&&&　　If you are not in charge of this affair, please inform the right person.&&&&　　Very Sincerely, XXX&&&&　　再对此种情况给出几点说明：&&&&　　1、如果只是不知道结果，单纯withdraw，那么这个基本上可以照搬，不过最好自己改的简单一点，不要大家都千篇一律了。&&&&　　2、如果是想推荐别人(不过一般没什么用)，那么就最好先了解一下被推荐人是否在waiting list上，如果在的话，再推荐，否则也不太礼貌。尤其注意说话的修辞，学校被你拒了，对他们来说也不是件好事。&&&&　　以上就是对大家收到offer后怎么回复学校的一些建议，希望对大家有所帮助，根据自己的情况作出合适的选择。
