但英文至少要说：Payment will be made within 20 days after the title transfer.
关于title transfer，在涉及海上货物运输的案件中，货物所有权何时转移，比较复杂。比如我国合同法规定动产在交付时就转移所有权，而依海商法规定理解提单具有物权凭证的作用；如果买卖合同中还有所有权保留条款，这又会影响到所有权的转移（实际上，如果签发的凭卖方指示的指示提单，就已可以理解为卖方对所有权的保留。
