首先……你这个应该是IEEE 754标准的吧？
如果是IEEE 754标准，这个串是32位的，也就是对应此标准的短实数规则，第一位为数符，接着的8位为阶码，包括一位阶符，余下的23位是尾数部分。这种标准是能表示机器中无穷的，它的阶码是用移码表示的，加了一个7FH的修正值，由阶码0，0000000立即可得阶码的真值是－127（十进制），因为是8位阶码，这是表示范围下限了，所以机器认为此值为0，又因为尾数的符号位为0，为正的，所以表示正0

IEEE754阶码是0不一定就是0吧?要尾数也是0才是0,否则是非规格化数.

IEEE 754标准里说的确实是阶码和尾数同时为0的时候这个数表示0，好长时间没看了，忘了这个规则了，谢谢你的提醒

以前为这种模糊不清的问题纠结了半天，后来才知道这玩意叫做所谓的渐进式下溢。在变成(除符号位)全零之前都叫做非规格化数，直到最小的非规格化数2^(-23)*2^(-126)=2^(-149)，接下来才是真正的“下溢”，也就是全零，充分利用了除去符号位以外的全部31位。。。

不是阶码的真值表示范围也是和补码一样吗，那最小的不是-128吗，还没到最小的，就当做0了吗？
