如何才能买到真正的好蜂蜜――蜂蜜辨别有妙招
　　炎炎夏日，来一杯冰镇的蜂蜜水，不仅甘甜可口，还能降温消暑。不过，市场上的蜂蜜鱼龙混杂，真假难辨，那么如何才能买到真正的好蜂蜜呢？
　　就此，记者拜访了梅仙镇小蕉村的蜂农余兆先。老余从事养蜂这个行当已经20多年了，可谓是经验丰富。
　　余兆先说：“你第一个就是看， 外面有很多卖假的就是放了几只死蜂放在里面，或者是没用的蜂巢放在里面，这个肯定是假的；
第二个拿来闻，这关键是真的蜂蜜闻起来是花香的味道，很舒畅，如果是假的呢，它是用香精调的，香精拿来调的呢，闻起来就很刺鼻；第三个就是拿来摸，也就是 说放在手指上一直搓，很粘，它如果是蜂蜜拿来搓就象油一样很滑一直都是很滑，没那么快干掉如果是白糖你撮下拿来拉丝就拉很长。”
　　老余告诉我们，在这三种方法中，“看”只能判断一些简单造假的蜂蜜。而后两种--“闻”和“摸”则需要一定的经验。那么还有没有其它的小窍门呢？老余说， 还有，那就是将蜂蜜倒入温开水中。余兆先：“如果真的它这个有悬浮物在里面，看过去更浊，有悬浮物的。看过去很清楚、很透明的，就是假的了。”
　　老余还跟我们说，花蜜品种的不同，出来的蜂蜜就会呈现不同的颜色，不能仅靠颜色来判断蜂蜜的真假。那沉淀能否判断真假呢，余大哥说，蜂蜜只要放置在温度低 的环境下，就会产生沉淀，这也和真假无关。民间还流传着这么一个方法，在一张纸巾上面滴上蜂蜜，一分钟后，看蜂蜜周围有没明显的水迹。记者也做了这个实 验。
　　一分钟后，记者观察到，真假蜂蜜周边的水迹几乎一样。
　　余兆先：“用纸不能判断，这个纸上啊，它那个是判断水分含量高低。如果水分含量高它湿的很快，如果水分低，它湿透就慢，不能辨别出真假。”
　　看来，蜂蜜这里面的学问很深，记者也希望以上介绍的几种方法对您选购蜂蜜有所帮助。
