由于近段时间的iPhone6和6 Plus深陷质量门问题，最近能和弯曲门齐名的问题是外媒曝光的两128GB和64GB版本iPhone，有不少使用了TLC NAND闪存技术后导致机器白苹果。下面小编就为大家带来iphone6 64g tlc与mlc版本闪存对比测试，看看结果到底如何吧
　　iPhone6 plus 128G遭遇频繁死机，让很多用户很郁闷，分析认为可能与TLC NAND存储器控制IC的缺陷有关。现在又有消息称，并非只有iPhone6 plus 128G采用了TLC（Triple-Level Cell）闪存，iPhone 6 64G也中枪了。下面小编就为大家带来iphone6 64g tlc与mlc版本闪存对比测试，看看结果到底是怎么样的，不过小编可以先告诉大家，结果很令人震惊哦，好了，一起来看看吧！
　　香港著名的硬件网站HKEPC就找来多台iPhone 6 64G来做样版测试，包括太空灰，银色及金色各种颜色，而且出货日期十分接近。结果发现同样是iPhone 6 64GB A1586 港行，竟发现了HYNIX(海力士)、TOSHIBA(东芝)MCL颗粒及 TOSHIBA(东芝)、SANDISK TLC颗粒四种不同版本。
测试的样品：
HYNIX MLC颗粒 iPhone 6 64G
TOSHIBA MLC颗粒 iPhone 6 64G
SANDISK TLC颗粒 iPhone 6 64G
测试方法 ：
HKEPC网站利用SSH进行了DD Copy测试，分别采用了Zero Fill（全0模式）及Random Fill（100%随机模式）拷贝资料，进行1K、2K、16K、64K、256K、1024K、4096K、8192K、32768K大小测试，每个文件大小重复100次。
Zero Fill 拷贝测试：
　　HKEPC指出，采用TLC颗粒的iPhone 6 64G会针对系统内存进行动态快速存取优化。当系统进行拷贝时会使用系统存储进行暂存，以提升TLC写入系统的性能。甚至出现采用TLC颗粒的iPhone 6 64G进行拷贝时，性能表现超越了采用MLC颗粒的iPhone 64G，最高写入速度达到207MB/s。
　　不过，当拷贝Data Size超過400MB后，系统性能将会出现严重的下降，前面开启的应用会出现延迟或闪退的情况。如果采用TLC颗粒的iPhone 6 64G开启了多个较耗存储空间的APP，磁盘性能下降问题会更加明显。

　　采用MCL颗粒的iPhone 6 64G进行资料拷贝时，系统内存并没有针对磁盘进行快速存取，但表现比较平均。其中采用TOSHIBA MLC颗粒的iPhone 6 64G性能较佳，最高写入速度达到79.2MB/s，采用HYNIX MLC颗粒的iPhone 6 64G表现逊稍一些。另外，在数据拷贝的过程中，很稳定，并不会出现像TLC闪存大起大落的现象，同样不会出现延迟与闪退现象。
Random Fill 拷贝测试：
　　当拷贝改用Random数据模型后，TLC与MLC的性能差别就明显扩大了，对系统存储难于对付的零碎文件进行时时动态存储时，采用TLC闪存的iPhone 6 64G写入性能大幅下降至3MB/s以下。虽然采用MLC闪存的iPhone 6 64G也表现不是很理想，平均也仅在3.5MB/s以上，但处理4K、8K、32K大数据包时，MLC的表现明显更优于TLC。相反TLC由于采用动态快速存取磁盘优化，对Random Data Copy 测试没有帮助，相反令CPU的占用率大幅度提高，导致iPhone 6出现卡顿现象。 &
TLC vs MLC 版本的 iPhone 6 64GB 拷贝时磁盘使用情况
　　图左，为TLC颗粒的iPhone 6 64G版本，当进行拷贝时，Memory Usage会突然提升，当中最明显的为&inactive&部分，突然由93.4MB上升至232.8MB,而且这些资料会被IOS暂存在系统存储中用作硬盘缓存，因为大部分写入的资料都会接着被再次读取，同时亦很大机会使用一次后被抛弃，因此苹果暂时保留在系统存储中，以减少对TLC NAND写入寿命的负担。图右，为MLC颗粒的iPhone 6 64G版本，当进行拷贝时，Memory Usage仅有轻微上升，并不会像TLC版本突然占用大量的系统内存，整个拷贝过程都非常稳定。
　　对于此项测试，HKEPC网站表示很意外，对苹果竟然率先使用TLC闪存的行为表现不理解，而且一样的价格竟有两种不一的闪存版本，显然是一种不厚道的行为。
最后HKEPC表示：
