RS大屏仪表更换冰蓝指针LED简明作业
此前本人曾经发帖，说明自己的RS大屏仪表中枪（）。
国庆长假没有占郭嘉便宜，未计划任何出行活动，不给全国银民添乱添堵！！！趁着有点时间，自己动手更换了指针LED贴片，型号冰蓝色。
建议，如果卖家有LED贴片有高亮和低亮可选，那么请选择低亮度那一款！
转速表和时速表各有两只LED贴片照明，属于串联结构，因此，有一只出现问题，整个指针就不亮了。我只更换了其中的一只，亮度已经非常亮了。

网购LED 贴片，贵的几毛钱，便宜的几分钱，建议多买几个备用。我白色，蓝色，红色，各买了一些！
此贴片LED只有两个脚，缺小三角的那边是负极，焊接时注意极性，一般不会出现问题！

可以使用万用表，打通到通断测试档（不知道学名叫什么，就是短路的时候会发出蜂鸣声）。此时，万用表会输出一个大概为2V的电压，正好可以测试LED贴片是否良好。如图：红色正极，黑色负极，接通后LED发光，但是亮度没有仪表插电的时候量，应该是万用表的测量电压低于仪表的正常工作电压。

网络上有很多教程，我自己也曾经更换过大屏仪表，装配过玻璃水报警，因此拆卸仪表只是分分钟的事情。另外，在地下室施工，不方便拍照。

拆解的过程并不是一帆风顺！
最难拆解的就是指针！我就没能幸免，指针挂掉2个，不过不要紧，可以用502等万能胶修复！
另外一个难点就是避免黑色仪表面板涂层刮花，建议用硬一点的卡片垫在指针后面，然后再用塑料撬棒用力向外撬指针。

拆到下面这个样子就可以开始使用电烙铁了，没有必要把板子从后门的底壳中分离。这样可以避免损坏指针电机，但用烙铁的时候务必小心，不要破坏指针电机的插针轴（中间那个白色突起物）。

途中红圈里的部分就是指针的LED贴片，中间是电机插针，每个仪表指针有两个LED，注意标明正负极后再用烙铁卸损坏的LED贴片。

卸下后的样子：
这一张图是用旧仪表练手的，着实费了很大劲才把贴片从电路板上取下来，估计熟手也就是几秒钟的事情！建议烙铁温度稍微高一点，大概350度左右，不过焊接的时候建议不要超过300度，以防LED贴片受损。
我使用前面讲过的用万用表测量LED贴片好坏的方法检测到时速表上面的那个LED贴片出现问题，因此，我只更换了这一个LED贴片，同理更换了转速表上面的那一个，从而做到两个仪表盘颜色亮度一致。在使用万用表测量LED贴片的时候，发现购买的冰蓝色LED贴片，明显比原来仪表上的亮很多，因此决定，只更换一个LED贴片，而不是更换两只，注意：这两只LED贴片是串联的，即有一个损坏，一对都不亮！
另外，仪表版原配的应该属于一种暖白色，而不是正白色，我同时也购买了正白的LED贴片，颜色比仪表上的偏白一些。

第一次拆解指针的时候没有经验，旧仪表版面没有幸免被刮花！
正式的RS仪表拆解相对麻利，没怎么刮花！

再最后复原指针面板和指针之前，也就是复原那个白色的背光屏蔽罩后，建议做一次上电检测。有两个作用，一个是检测焊接的LED贴片是否工作正常，另一个就是让仪表指针电机复位。

复原了背光屏蔽罩和指针面板的仪表板（还有最后一个外壳没有复原）。
如果有条件，可以用气吹清洁一下！
复原的难点是指针归零。前面已经建议过，在装指针之前，先上电复位电机，因此，再复原的指针面板后，指针一定指向零位置，再用力按下即可。做到100%零位置也有点难，不过出厂的仪表指针也不一定在零位置！
10月14日补充：后来我又安装了两次，发现，其实指针也可以按下去之后再调整到0位置的，当然，起初不要有太大的偏差。这样就比安装的时候定位要容易操作一点。我感觉，只要0位置准确，后面就没什么误差了。
