庆云县第四中学简介
庆云县第四中学创建于2004年，是一所寄宿制、封闭式、高标准民办学校。学校占地122亩，建筑面积3.6万平方米。现设幼教、小学、
初中三个教学部，幼儿园20个教学班，中、小学48个教学班。在校生总数3000余人，教职工400余人。为了实现“让学生成才、家长放心、社
会满意”的办学承诺，学校确立了“管理立校、质量强校、特色兴校”的办学思路，以科学管理为突破，落实常规为基础，教学科研为依托，高效
课堂为阵地，素质教育为主线，奋发进取、顽强拼博，取得累累硕果。学校先后被评为国家级“优秀民办中小学”、“山东省规范化学校”

1、先进的设施：
学校设施先进，硬件一流。各功能用房一应俱全，均按省级规范化学校标准配备。每个教室都装备了多媒体教学设备，智能广播系统，教
师微机办公。特别是400m塑胶运动场的建成，为学生的全面发展与教学质量的提高奠定了坚实的物质基础。
2、精细的管理：
学校实行全寄宿制、封闭式、无缝隙管理。小学1—4年级各宿舍配有一名生活老师负责学生的饮食起居，5—9年级每个楼层均配有楼层
管理老师。责任明确，管理规范，促进了学生自强、自立生活习惯的养成，避免了社会不良习气的侵扰，杜绝了不健康音像、游戏厅、网吧
对学生的身心侵害。学校洗浴中心、洗衣房、开水房等服务设施，学生免费使用，保证了学生的健康成长。
3、一流的师资：
学校在特聘本县名师执教的基础上，又在全国范围内特聘了一批师德高尚、业务精湛、治学严谨、爱生敬业的优秀教师加盟。学校现有
省、市级骨干教师25人，学科带头人18人，仅建校以来，荣获省、市、县教学能手就有33人，优质课获奖者46人。学校坚持“走 出去，请进

4、骄人的成绩：
教学质量是学校的生命。06—10年中考及各类比赛，我校均取得优异成绩，毕业生100%升入高中，实现了“人人升学、个个成才”的培
养目标，年年受到县委县府表彰。特别是2010年中考，全县总分前三名均出自我校。06年中考姜杰出同学获德州市第一名，同年考入省实
验中学；10年中考包揽全县前三名（第一名马晓月655.5分，第二名冯彦梦654分，第三名王雪653分）2011 年中考又传捷报，张伸同学以
672.5分的成绩荣获全县第一名。
5、丰厚的奖学金：
各年级20％的学生享受特等、一、二、三等奖学金，奖学金分别为3000元、1500元、800元、500元（小学一年级第一学期不享受）。
凡教师子女一律享受高一等奖学金。

A Brief Introduction to
Qingyun NO.4 Middle School
With the preferential investment policy, a
foreign businessman invested in the construction of? Qing Yun NO.4 Middle School, which is a private boarding-school.
Our school has got much care and support from the county government and
Education Bureau. So it is enjoying a boom now.
Qing Yun NO.4 Middle School covers an area
of 122 mu, whose building area is about 32,000 square meters. Based on high
standard, cost about 34 million RMB. There is an office building, two teaching
buildings and two dormitory buildings. Its dining room can hold 2600 students.
It also has a boiler room and a big bath room. A standard playground with a 400
meters circular runway was founded. Our school contains primary and junior teaching
parts, which owns 40 classes and 1700 students. Under the guidance of our
county government, a kindergarten will be finished at the end of August, which
is the top class one in Dezhou District. Our kindergarten plans to enroll new
students after the summer holiday. Moreover, teacher’s apartments is free for
teachers to live in.
Our school insists on “People is the base,
learning is important and every student should be a successful person”
principle. We managed to found a top class school, to achieve the goal of “everyone
can go to senior school, even one can become a useful person” Our school tries
to become the top school in the north-west of Shandong Province.
First-class
teaching facilities.
Teaching buildings, office as well as
teaching facilities, teaching methods are all based on a high starting point
and guiding principles of high standard. We equipped our school with two
physics labs, three computer classrooms, one natural cabs, one art class room,
one music classroom, one library, one dancing classroom and an Kong Fu
classroom, and so on. Now, we have 48 classrooms with 52 inches rear projection
TV, DVD and physical projection. Our offices are equipped with computers and we
can surf the internet in our offices. Our typing room can help deal with a
number of teaching and learning materials timely. The boiler room supplies
boiled water all day. There are electric fans and heating systems in our
dormitories and classrooms. Our supermarket and clinic can offer excellent
service. Considering some primary students’ lives, we employed 14 teachers to
look after them, which we think makes the students feel family’s love.

teaching staff with good education
Our school have the right to select teachers from middle schools of our
county. We employ some outstanding teachers with high-paid salary, from 25,000―50,000
RMB. In order to attract outstanding teachers, our school take three different
measures: one is to choose teac one is to employ excellent
teachers another is from graduates with college degree. As
a result, teachers’ teaching quality can be ensured. From 2005 to 2008, we
employed some excellent teachers, some of whom are experienced and able
teachers, and some excellent graduates with college degree. And most of whom

The Top-class Teaching Quality
top-class teaching level is the lifeline and striving goal of our school .To
reach it, our school interacts with and learns from other schools. E.g.learning

Ningjing. Reaching the goal ,clearing the difficulties and acknowledging the
students as the theme of study is our priority. Promoting the teaching quality
firmly to improve both the poor and top students under a better environment. In

4月12-13日，庆云四中第八届中校学生春季田径运动会隆重举行。庆云县教育局党组成员周主合主任、县教育局基教科胡军主任、云天教育集团董事长郑天林、名誉董事长王桂兰、庆云四中校长刘存民、副校长王占强出席开幕式。
本次运动会，是我校历史上规模最大、参加人数最多的一次运动会，也是一次团结的盛会、友谊的盛会，成功的盛会。在大会组委会的精心组织下，经过全体工作人员、裁判员的辛勤工作和全体运动员的奋力拼搏，圆满地完成了预定的各项比赛任务。
在为期一天半的运动会上，全体裁判员始终严格要求自己，认真负责，坚持标准，以公平、公正、公开的工作作风，保证了本届校运会的圆满完成。本次运动会共有35支代表队共560名运动员参加了10个项目的紧张角逐，有19人次刷新了8项学校田径运动会的纪录，涌现出6个道德风尚奖，168名优秀运动员。
全体运动员顽强拼搏,争创佳绩,互相关心,互相协作，充分体现了&更高 更快 更强&的奥林匹克精神和&友谊第一，比赛第二&的良好风尚。全体师生发扬奋发有为、吃苦耐劳的精神，克服种种困难，使本届运动会赛出了水平，赛出了风格。
