We, the civil society coalition that supported the passage of the Sin Tax Law (R.A. 10351), wish to supplement and reinforce the statement of Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Enrique Ona regarding the law’s health impact. In a Congressional Oversight Committee hearing, Sec. Ona stated that it is still “too early to determine the public health impact of R.A. 10351”, as the periodical Global Adult Tobacco Survey (GATS) is scheduled to be conducted this year.
The Framework Convention Alliance on Tobacco Control, Philippines (“FCAP”) issues this Position Statement in light of the misleading and deceiving action taken by the Philippine Tobacco Institute, Inc. (PTI) in sending letters to the heads of various local government units apprising them of various memoranda issued by the Department of Interior and Local Government (“DILG”) enjoining LGUs to be strictly compliant with the provisions of the Tobacco Regulation Act (RA 9211) when enacting their ordinances.
Headed by the Department of Health Regional Office, the Regional Tobacco Control Network-Western Visayas defined its vision, mission and objectives in their recently concluded strategic planning workshop held in Guimbal, Iloilo.

如果你要买NDS系列机，机器大小和屏幕大小刚刚合适。银卡是R4烧录卡的一种，向下兼容。NDSI是NDSL的改良版，带摄像头，因为可以用烧录卡玩NDS的游戏，屏幕比NDSL大，是我认为最合适的NDS系列机，比老版NDS小不少，你把闪存卡里装上烧录卡对于的内核文件和破解游戏，体积很大，可以插GBA卡带，同样支持玩NDS的破解游戏NDS是最早的nds系列机器。取消了GBA插槽。NDSILL是NDSI的加大版，屏幕变大针对老年人开发的机型，就买NDSI吧，上面有一个插槽，再插入烧录卡，最后烧录卡放进3DSLL或NDSI，就可以玩免费游戏。长远来看，建议你加点钱买3DSLL，也可以插GBA卡带，向下兼容。NDSL是改良版的机器，轻巧方便。烧录卡和NDS正版卡带一样大小
nds是那种非常厚的，然后不能调节屏幕亮度可以说非常耗电的。ndsl就已经和3ds一样比较好看轻巧些了，我觉得要买nds的话就ndsl不错。二手才三四百ndsi就比ndsl多个摄像头，像素又差又用不到啥要买就没必要了。nds需要的卡一个烧录卡一个是内存卡，内存卡就和你手机用的小卡一样，把游戏放里面的，插在烧录卡上的。烧录卡就相当于一张盗版游戏卡般的存在，只要内存卡下的nds游戏插上那卡都能玩。烧录卡我建议买r4新银才三十四块性价比高（银卡应该就是r4烧录卡银版吧）。闪存就那内存卡。
NDS为04年出的第一代DS系的掌机，为双屏 触摸操作，不过各方面还不是很完善，也又厚又丑，NDSL指的是06年出的后院机种，外观大幅度改进，采用钢琴漆，亮度增加一级，是崛起的一款，NDSI就是08年的后续机了，增加了系统（之前没有），双摄像头，不过像素渣，还有就是对长宽高进行了调整以及增加了屏幕的分辨率，现在该系列的主流机种就是这个，此外还有NDSILL，为大屏幕版本，现在NDSL性价比最高，淘宝上翻新机两三百就可以入手。DS支持DS的卡带和GBA的卡带，还有就是烧录卡，这是盗版分子发明的彷STOL1端的卡带，可以插上手机内存卡（也就是所谓的闪存卡，SD卡，TF卡），下载游戏ROM玩，换句话说就是玩盗版游戏的工具。另外，银卡是R4烧录卡停产后其他商家出的山寨版，不过很便宜，目前占有比率挺高，支持游戏也多，还有疑问可以追问，请采纳，谢谢

NDS,NDSL,NDSi,NDSiLL,3DS,3DSLL这六款，如果你想入手，建议先入手ndsl或ndsi，3ds暂时别买，3ds还没破解，只能玩正版的，而且3ds玩ds游戏时屏幕简直不能看，四边泛白，还是玩他自己的3d游戏去吧，nds玩ds游戏只需要一张烧录卡，另一张是玩gba游戏的，其实只需要一张，gba游戏卡随便你用不用，烧录卡就是给你破解盗版游戏用的（网上下载的游戏也可以称作盗版游戏），则3ds没有烧录卡，所以不能玩网上下载的游戏（意思就是没破解，不过看样子破解的希望不大）闪存卡是一种储存卡，银卡是烧录卡的一个种类，烧录卡也分许多品种，不同的烧录对机子游戏或其他方面的文件（类似金手指，视频等）有一定的影响，但不会影响你玩ds游戏，如果你想追求高分辨的画面和3d效果，可以入手psp试试看，新游戏仍在出，nds系列（不包括3ds，3dsill）已经开始退出市场，但好玩的游戏很多，汉化游戏仍在不停发布中，psp大作很多，画面也远超nds等，但就因为过多的3d效果，反而感觉不好玩了，以上是我给你的推荐，请根据自己的喜好选择吧，希望能帮你一些
