advice通常作为不可数名词，指“忠告”，“建议”等义，如a piece of advice。表达“报告”，“通知”等意思时，常以复数形式advices出现。

letter of advice指“报告信”或“通知信”的意思；
take advice指“征求他人的意见”，如take medical advice是“征求医生的意见”或“请医生诊视”；
advice后接that从句时，句中要用should或虚拟现在式。

advice不可用a number of, many, several等限定可数名词的词语修饰,但可用some, any, a lot of, little, a little等修饰。
作为表示建议的名词, advice可接that引起的表语从句或同位语从句,这时从句中的谓语动词须用虚拟式,即用动词原形或should+动词原形。
切勿混淆advice与advise( ［?d'vaIz］ v. ),仅1个字母之差,读音、词性已全然不同,例如：It is easy for you to advise, but difficult to take advice from others.劝人容易,听别人劝就难了。这种名词以-ce结尾而动词以-se结尾的词还有device-devise, licence-license, practice-practise, prophecy-prophesy等。但在美式英语中这一区别已日趋消失。
注意advice用作可数名词时单复数意义不同：单数意为“通知单”,例如：an advice (note); 复数advices意为“消息”。

这两个短语只差一个定冠词,但意思和用法都有区别：
1.take advice from sb/sth 的意思是“听听某人的意见”; take the advice from sb/sth 的意思是“听从某人的意见”。
2.take advice from sb/sth 常用于祈使句; take the advice from sb/sth 常用于陈述句。试比较以下两句：
Let's take advice from the masses.
就让我们听听群众的意见吧。

1.point of view指看问题的角度,着眼于对事物的考虑方法,多指别人的观点。例如:

4.view表示对某事物的特殊看法,特指个人学识与感情影响的意见,常用复数形式。例如:
